Administrative law experience includes matters involving the National Labor Relations Board, California Department of Labor, Employment Development Department, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Department of Fair Employment and Housing and many more. The firm’s clientele consists of just about every employment field imaginable including employers who have as few as one employee up to our largest client who has in excess of 19,000 employees. These clients come from both the private and the public sector for whom Hopper & Associates provides counsel in employment as well as general business and contract matters. For our transactional (non-litigation) clients, you simply contact the firm and request we prepare a miscellaneous file (there is no advance retainer required). The client is charged for services rendered on a hourly basis by way of a monthly invoice. Litigation matters are handled by way of written retainer agreement.
