Conducted hundreds of seminars on labor and employment law for different groups including attorneys, law schools, universities, employers, employees, and many private and public organizations;
Created and supervised the employment and labor law department at the law firm of Thompson and Colgate (where he was an attorney and partner from (1981-2001) until going into practice on his own in 2001;
Instructor at University of California at Riverside for several years;
Created and served as President of Riverside County Bar Association's Dispute Resolution Services since 1985;
Served as Judge Pro Tem for the San Bernardino County Superior Court System for several years;
Served as an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association for several years;
Elected President of the Riverside County Bar Association's Barristers Organization in 1989.

1979: Graduated from University of California (Riverside) with B.A. in both psychology and sociology;
