SEXUAL HARASSMENT TRAINING SEMINARS

This training program will satisfy the new California law (Assembly Bill 1825) which mandates that all employers with 50 or more employees provide not less than two hours (bi-annually) of training on sexual harassment, discrimination and retaliation. This applies to all supervisors who are capable of hiring, transferring, suspending, laying off, recalling, promoting, discharging, signing, rewarding, disciplining or directing the work of employees or those authorized to recommend any of those foregoing actions. An outline and certificate certifying completion of this program are included with this seminar.

Hopper & Associates offers two ways to meet the training requirements. We offer general training programs or we can provide training at your office.

UPDATES ON EMPLOYMENT LAW

The program will examine State and Federal legislation and case law on New Requirements for Pay Regarding Lunch and Other Breaks, New Classification of Gender Discrimination, Wage and Hour Rules and Regulations, Requirements for Job References, Terminations, State Mandated Sexual Harassment, Training, Workers’ Compensation issues and much more.
